Mangalore, May 26, 2013: Residential apartment projects ‘New Berry Enclave’ at Bejai Kapikad and ‘Green Fortune’ at Perampalli Road, End Point, Manipal, a joint venture of Nidhi Land Infrastructure and Ace Developers, Mangalore, were inaugurated by JR Lobo, MLA of Mangalore South on May 26, Sunday. The inauguration of the projects were held at a common venue – New Berry Enclave, Bejai Kapikad.
In his address, J R Lobo lauded the role of builders in the development of Mangalore and urged builders to give top priority to quality. He appreciated the good work done by Prashant Sanil and his team. “Prashant is a very experienced builder who has been in the field for over two decades. His experience in building class apartments is quite evident in the New Berry Enclave” he said. “Over the years, Mangalore has developed to an important city in the state and it is growing in every way. Realtors like Prashant has contributed much to the development of the city” he added.
B K Vishweshwari, Brahma Kumaris, Mangalore lit the lamp as a sign of new beginning. She was joined by J R Lobo, D’Silva & Greory D’silva of Ace Developers, Corporators Shashidhar Hegde and Lancelot Pinto.
Fr Victor Machado, Parish priest, Bejai Church offered blessings and prayed for the proud owners of the apartments. He congratulated the promoters for the excellent construction and the ambience. He wished everyone happiness and prosperity.
