Mangalore, September 4: Akin to every year the National consumers fair is going to be organised this year and the districts in-charge minister Mr Ramanath Rai is going to inaugurate the ceremony at the Karavali Utsav Ground on September 6that 4p.m. The health minister Mr U.T. Khader will be invited as the chief guest, minister K. Abhay Chandra Jain, minister J.R.Lobo, MLA Ivon D’Souza, Mayor Mahabala Maarla and other guests will be participating in this occasion said-Mr Agarwal the head of the fair’s organising committee.
Addressing the press conference at the Patrika Bhavan he said that, more than 100 stalls will be erected and the customers will be attracted by offering a special discount. Automobile, house-old articles, furniture’s, handloom, artistic items, dress materials, fashionable sandals, toys, stationary, food items and other stuffs will be available in this fair.
Mr Agarwal explained that, for the very first time in Mangalore; ‘Snow-world’ and for amusement purpose Italian Tora-Tora, Dragon train, Jumping Frog, Dashing Car, Boating, Titanic, Merry Columbus,3D-show,altogether 20 kinds of amusements; Birds show and Aqua fish show will be arranged in the fair.
