Mangalore, Oct 17, 2014: MLA J R Lobo felicitated Abdul Rauf, a traffic volunteer who is always first to reach the location of traffic jam across the city ahead of cops and was commended by the traffic police department, during ward Committee meeting held here recently.
MLA Lobo said that if everyone develops social concern like Abdul Rauf, the society would become much better place to live.
