Mangaluru, 05 Feb 2017: The poor should be self employed to earn their livelihood, said Mangaluru south MLA J R Lobo.
MLA Lobo was peaking after distributing auto rickshaw permits to poor drivers issued by RTA at his office in Kadri, here on Saturday, February 4.
MLA Lobo urged the beneficiaries to make best use of their in earning decent living.
