Mangaluru, 25 Aug 2015: MLA J R Lobo visited Bharati Shipyard at Tannirbavi, here on Monday August 24, and held talks with the management and workmen with the hope of reviving its financial position. It has been running into losses in the recent past, threatening the future of several long serving workmen.
MLA Lobo offered assurances to write to state heavy and small industries minister R V Deshpande regarding their case and try to arrange his personal visit to Bharati Shipyard.
