Mangaluru: Land Trades ‘Parin’ commercial complex opens at Balmatta

Mangaluru, Mar 29: ‘Parin’, an ultra modern commercial complex promoted by city-based Land Trades Builders and Developers was inaugurated at Balmatta on Sunday, March 29.

Srinath Hebbar, MD of Land Trades extended a floral welcome to the guests.
J R Lobo, MLA of Mangalore South constituency inaugurated the complex while Sadanand Shetty, chairman of Shree Devi Education Trust lit the lamp.

Speaking after the inauguration, J R Lobo said, “All who have purchased residential apartments or commercial buildings with Land Trades are happy. Srinath Hebbar completes all the projects on time without compromising with quality. I am happy to see the city’s growth. Mangaluru is better than most other cities in India in various fields.
“I want to thank all the builders who have contributed to the quick growth of the city. We cannot depend too much on foreign money, we have to make the city self-sufficient. We have to increase investement in Mangaluru, only then the youth of the city will get better jobs. I wish all the grace of god on Srinath Hebbar. May he build more such beautiful buildings in the comming years,” Lobo said.
