Mangalore, March 18, 2014: ‘Primero’ a residential cum commercial project of Property Infra Tech India Pvt Ltd, Rohan Corporation was launched on March 18, Tuesday. The project is located near Advaith JCB, Padil. This is the 20th Project of Rohan Corporation and has been launched to commemorate the 20th year of the firm.
The foundation laying ceremony was attended among others by Mahabala Marla, Mayor of Mangalore, JR Lobo, MLA of Mangalore South, MN Rajendra Kumar, Chairman of SCDCC Bank and co-promoter of Primero, Pushparaj Jain, Chairman of CREDAI, Mangalore, Suresh Ballal, former MUDA Chairman, Monappa Bhandari, MLC, Rohan Monteiro, Chairman of Rohan Corporation, Fr Mathew, Fr Joachim and Fr Santosh Kamath.
Architect Suresh Kumar of SK Associates, contractor Mahabala of MM Constructions and structural engineer Anil Hegde of Anil Vimal Associates were honoured on the occasion.
Primero is a Ground plus 11 floors project which will have 88 apartments of 2 and 3BHK. One floor will have a commercial complex.
