Mangalore: The inauguration of ‘Hillside Ferns’, a premium apartment complex situated at Kadri Shivbagh, opposite ESI Hospital took place on Sunday, December 15. The project is promoted by Land Trades, the reputed Builders and Developers of Mangalore.

Sri Vihnumoorthy Mayya, Priest of Sri Kadri Temple performed a Ganahoma to invoke divine blessing for the new project. Earlier in the morning Fr John Baptist Moras Assistant Parish Priest of Bendoor Church blessed the building in a separate ceremony.

MLA, Mangalore South Constituency J R Lobo inaugurated the complex by cutting the ribbon and lighting the traditional lamp together with the land owner Theresa Fernandes and other dignitaries.

Srinath Hebbar, Managing Director of Land Trades Builders and Developers welcomed the gathering. In his inaugural speech Lobo said that Hebbar is the only person who is completing all his projects without making much noise. People trust his projects because of the quality and keeping up with the completion time. Now a days it is very difficult to get a trustworthy person especially in construction industry. Because some builders promise many things to their customers but they fail to keep all the promises. Whereas Hebbar is the only one who has won the hearts of the customers by completing all the projects much before the given time and has handed over to his customers.

Lobo further said that builders have played an vital role in the development of the city. Builders are the one who have beautified the city with multi-storey buildings and commercial complexes. If the district, state or country has to grow we need basic facilities such as houses, commercial complexes and other facilities. Most of the people wish to have their own houses or apartment and they go to a trusted builder to have one. If the builder will be able to fulfil their requirement, customers will be happy and it will help the builder to grow in his profession. Hebbar is a living example and all the builders should learn from him how to be trustworthy in the construction industry.

Lobo congratulated Hebbar for his dedication and determination in creating trust in his customers. Former Minister Krishna J Palemar and Corporator Sabitha Misquith also spoke on the occasion.

Sahil Zahir and Manohar Prasad compered the programme. Christina B delivered the vote of thanks.
