Mangalore, 10 Aug 2014: The students of different colleges across the city paid a visit to Mangalore south MLA J R Lobo at his residence on the occasion of Raksha Bandan here on Sunday August 10 morning.
Addressing the students, MLA Lobo said that Raksha Bandan is the occasion to strengthen brotherhood and he assured to over 50 students who were present that he is committed to protect the students and women in his constituency. Mangalore city is the hub of education in the country, while the students from all over the country come to study in different colleges. ‘The safety of girl students is my top priority,’ said MLA Lobo.
MLA Lobo called on the gathering to strive to develop brotherhood to create healthy society.
