Mangalore, March 8: MLA J.R.Lobo said that “Education forms a strong foundation and makes students valuable people for the society. There are millions in our country who are deprived of education. Education must be available to all”.

He was speaking after participating as the chief guests at the 134th college day of St Aloysius College held at college grounds on March 7, Friday.

He also said that one who receives education must make the best use of the opportunity. It is not just intelligence that make people successful but determination. Quality education is that which shapes a student’s goal and helps in contributing to the country. Consistency in practice is the best way to achieve success in life.

Rev. Fr. Denzil Lobo SJ, President of College day said that Reinvent yourself and invent the future. Jesuit education believes in forming men and women for society. We need to look at the problem with a new dimension.
